These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlueLine mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using BlueLine, you agree to these Terms.

Who Can Use BlueLine

Age Requirements

  • Users 13 and older: May create accounts with parental consent for users under 18

  • Users under 13: Accounts may only be created by parents/guardians on their behalf

  • Parent/Guardian Responsibility: Adults are responsible for minors' use of the Service

Account Requirements

  • One Account Per Person: Each user may maintain only one active account

  • Accurate Information: All account information must be truthful and current

  • Account Security: You're responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account

  • Progress Tracking: Skill development monitoring and achievement systems

Service Availability

  • Beta Version: BlueLine is currently in development; features may change

  • No Guarantee of Uptime: We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% availability

  • Geographic Limitations: Service may not be available in all regions

User Responsibilities

Safe Use

  • Appropriate Training Space: Ensure adequate space and safety equipment for off-ice training

  • Physical Limitations: Do not exceed your physical capabilities; consult healthcare providers if needed

  • Supervision: Users under 16 should be supervised during physical training activities

  • Equipment Safety: Use appropriate protective gear when recommended

Account Conduct

  • Prohibited Activities:

    • Sharing accounts with others

    • Using the Service for commercial purposes without permission

    • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service

    • Uploading harmful, inappropriate, or copyrighted content

    • Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate communication with other users

  • User-Generated Content: Any content you share becomes subject to our content policies
